A queue for a petrol station, near my house. Why is it only the people who don't need to use their cars, that are queuing up for fuel?

lol we're guilty I'm afraid. Gav decided it would be a laugh to join the painic buy for some reason so last night we drove out to Tesco, filled up the tank then decided to go and have a laugh panic buy in the shop and filled up the trolly full of value baked beans and bread flour. It was completely and utterly insane but very funny. Don't ask why it tickled us but it did! I suppose on the plus side, if there really does get to be a shortage we'll have enough petrol to get me to hospital if the babies decide to come early! Lou

they are stupid as there is no fuel shortage at all...
our resources come from North sea and european stocks. the only way there will be a shortage is caused by fuel protesters blocking the refineries...doh
