Best Christmas Song Ever?

Okay, this could get a little contentious, but lets discuss the best Christmas song ever. I'll post a list of favourites, sometime. Meanwhile, here are my favourites;

1. Fairytale of New York by The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl.
2. I Believe in Father Christmas by Greg Lake.

Anymore?

Note, if anyone suggests Band Aid or Cliff Richard, I may look for a good old peoples home for you! :yes:

And another one; any suggestions of Mariah Carey's Christmas song may be put into the best Mariah Carey song category. (That is, the one that doesn't make you want to run screaming from the room in which it is being played!). :))

Uhm, I'll have to have a look at my Xmas compilations to get a serious answer. I like the 2 you said, but wouldn't class them as favourites.

What about the RatPack and all of their contributions to Xmas songs? Dean and the rest of the gang were fab!

Oh, Bon-Jovi please come home for Christmas - he looks SO FINE in the vid. maybe thats more about hot singers than good music?
