Is it me, or do birthdays get less interesting every year?!
I've had many birthday greetings (especially the anticipated dozen on facebook) wishing me a happy and interesting day.

Although I wouldn't be describing seven and a half hours of punching numbers into an excel spreadsheet as interesting, but each to their own! 
Off out in a little while. I may not be enthusiastic about my birthday, but I'm not going to cook!?

I always get all excited then always end up feeling let down.
But still, if it means I get given money and get out of housework for a day then it's all good.
I always take my birthday off, the thought of being at work for it is too weird, although hubby always works his!
